The house is in a pleasant tree lined Avenue, and is centrally located close to Southbourne's wonderful Blue Flag Beach and the Grove shopping centre.

Deposits
A non-returnable  deposit is required of £25 per person per week
which is credited to guest's account and is acknowledged with confirmation of booking.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION
Should guests find it necessary to cancel their holiday please note that cancellations within one week of the booked arrival date will incur a cost of 80% of the booking value unless the room can be re-let for the same period.
We strongly recommend that guests arrange their own travel insurance.

ACCESS TO ROOMS
Rooms are usually available from 14.00 pm on the day of arrival.  Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am on day of departure to allow us enough time to prepare rooms for our next guests.
